Sustainability

Our focus

The environmental challenges facing our industry continue to shape how we think about our role as an asset manager. We are committed to building a sustainable business that serves our clients, our employees and the wider community in which we operate. Finance has an important role to play in addressing these challenges, and we aim to contribute to the conversation on sustainable investment in quantitative asset management.

Our approach Our approach

Our approach

We structure our corporate responsibility along three pillars: to sustain a workplace where all talent can thrive; to assess and manage our own environmental footprint; and to support responsible investment practices within our industry.

Our commitment to science

Research is at the core of what we do, and we consider open scientific contribution part of our responsibility as a firm. Our Resilience Lab is a dedicated initiative which aims to build collective understanding. By publishing our own research and partnering with the academic community, we aim to contribute to the wider scientific debate and improve the robustness of our strategies.
