Resilience Lab

Building robust strategies through environmental research

Environmental upheavals are shaping our world and will likely do so in the years to come. Understanding and preparing for these impacts will be crucial to the performance and robustness of any organisation.

Launched in June 2025 our Resilience Lab is producing and sharing research on the impacts of major environmental changes at a global and local level.

Our two objectives Our two objectives

Our two objectives

1. Inform and strengthen our long-term strategy:
By building expertise on the impacts of the environment, we aim to anticipate possible future economic shocks and market shifts that will enable us to improve the robustness of our strategies and operations.

2. Contribute to the wider scientific debate:
We aim to bring our research know-how to environmental issues, creating a platform for collaboration between academic and non-academic experts.

Our approach Our approach

Our approach

We are investigating the impacts of four major environmental disruptions: climate change, biodiversity collapse, pollution spreading and resource scarcity. We aim to systematically gain clarity on their probability, timeline and magnitude, and to promote informed debate on whether and how to adapt or mitigate. And by taking a pragmatic interdisciplinary approach, we will tackle the issues from different scientific perspectives drawing on both macro and micro evidence.

Look out for our whitepapers, peer-reviewed papers, workshops and possible collaborations with select partners.
