Vehicle pricing from the Dealers’ does not include tax, title & plates,
where it’s applicable. Also, advertised payments are based on Tier 1 Credit.

An Ad

What types of ads are available on CFM.com?
Photo
ads and classified (without photos) ads are available to both private parties
and businesses. All ads will run for the number of weeks specified when
placing an ad.
Photo
ads appear online (with up to 4 photos) and in Classified Flea Market magazine
for at least two weeks (depending on when the ad is submitted).
Classified ads appear online and in the printed publication for at least two
weeks (depending on the advertising package chosen).

What is the deadline to place my ad online?
All
ads submitted online between Monday and Friday noon will be included on CFM.com
within 24 hours. Ads submitted online after Friday noon will appear on
CFM.com no later than Monday noon.
Ads
placed online by Tuesday at 2 p.m. will appear in that week’s issue of
Classified Flea Market.
- Why do the online
categories differ from the print categories?
The
website categories allow easier browsing for the user in a website environment
with different category navigation and the ability to search. Classified
Flea Market magazine has more categories to fit the parameters of a
reader-friendly advertising publication. Every item in Classified Flea
Market magazine will appear online. Likewise, all items advertised on
CFM.com will appear in Classified Flea Market magazine.

How much do ads cost?
Photo
ads (up to 25 words) begin at only $39.00, and run for two weeks online and in
the Classified Flea Market magazine.
Classified
ads (up to 25 words without a photo) begin at only $14.00 for two
weeks.
All
ads will appear in the Classified Flea Market magazine and on CFM.com for
maximum coverage.

When does my ad go “live” online?
All
ads submitted online between Monday and Friday noon will be included on CFM.com
within 24 hours. Ads submitted online after Friday noon will appear on
CFM.com no later than Monday noon.
Ads
submitted by Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. will appear in that week’s edition.

Will my online ad run in Classified Flea Market?
YES
- To gain the most exposure for your ad, all ads placed online will run in
Classified Flea Market magazine.

How do I renew my ad?
Any
ad placed online may be renewed by logging in to My Account, and going to the specific ad in My Ads.
·
Will you remind me to renew my ad?
YES
– We will remind you to renew your ad at least 72 hours before your ad expires.
If you provided your email address when placing your ad you will receive email
renewal reminders before your ads expire.
·
How do I change or cancel my ad?
Any
ad placed online may be modified or cancelled by logging in to My Account, and
going to the specific ad in My
Ads.
Changes
and cancellations made between Monday and Friday noon will be effective online
within 24 hours. Changes and cancellations made after Friday noon will be
effective no later than Monday noon. Changes and cancellations made by the deadlines listed above will appear in that week’s
issue of Classified Flea Market. Refunds will not be given.

Do you guarantee that my ad will be successful?
Although
we strongly believe that CFM.com & the Classified Flea Market magazine
offer the best advertising value in the San Francisco East Bay Area, we cannot
guarantee results.

What types of payment do you accept?
We
accept MasterCard and Visa for ads placed online. We also accept cash,
checks and money orders if you are visiting our office or mailing in payment
for your ad. We do not recommend mailing cash. Please make sure to
include the completed Private Party Ad Form when mailing in your
payment.
·
Is my credit card information secure?
Using
your credit card at CFM.com is completely safe. We use an advanced
encryption technology that safeguards your personal information and ensures
your privacy as it travels over the internet. We also maintain a
certificate with Thawte that serves as an electronic substitute for your
signature.

What is your refund policy?
We
are not responsible for errors made by customers. If you make an error in an ad
placed online, you may correct or modify your ad by logging in to My Account, and
going to the specific ad in My
Ads. Likewise, you may cancel any ad placed online by
going to My Ads
in My Account.
We
do not issue refunds for ads. If we make a material error in your ad, we
will give you a credit toward the purchase of future advertising.

What is the best way to photograph my vehicle or item(s) for
sale?
If
possible, please use a digital camera to get the best quality photo for both
online and print. A plain background such as trees or a wall will work
best. Photos taken with film may be scanned and uploaded, but the online
photo quality may not be as good as digital photos. Please do not stand
too close to the item that you are shooting.
If you
are photographing a vehicle, the best shot of your vehicle is a simple 3/4 shot
taken with a digital camera. See the examples below:

What if I do not have a digital camera or a scanner?
If
you are unable to upload a photo of your vehicle to CFM.com, we offer several
options.
(1) If you are unable to upload a photo of your vehicle to
CFM.com, you may bring your vehicle to our office Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M.
to 6:00 P.M. and we will take a photo for you at no additional cost. Our office
is located at 3850 San Pablo Ave Suite #102, Emeryville, CA 94608. Map driving directions to our office using mapquest.com.

vehicle, together with your payment and the completed Private Party Ad Form,

CFM.com. Registration is quick, easy and free. Registered members
